More Information on Working Together
Estimation Requests
All of our work and time spent will be done on an hourly basis unless otherwise stated or flat rate given.
Estimation Requests
Estimations on specific projects and scopes can be requested at any time.
Estimate Ranges & Soft Caps
The minimum of that estimation is what we believe is the fastest a project can be done without any unforeseen problems. The maximum of that estimation serves as a soft cap to the budget. Here are the following scenarios that might require a change in that cap:
1) If any large, unforeseen problems arise we will immediately communicate with you the potential of an increased budget.
2) Increases in hours resulting from additional requests, lots of revisions, or increases to scope from the client/agency might not always be communicated if they are clear and obvious.
Initial Work vs Budgeted Revisions
Estimates clearly distinguish between:
1) “Initial Work” - That is the work that is done by our team to get to the finished first draft. We will stick to the estimate provided, so in most cases these are the hours you’ll expect to be billed.
2) “Budgeted Revisions” - These are revisions done at the request of the client. These have no hourly cap and are solely dependent on how many requests are made by the client. This number serves simply as a guess to how many hours of revisions these projects typically require. If no revisions are requested those hours won’t be charged, if more hours are required than what’s budgeted then the additional hours will be charged.
Time Tracking Transparency
Each invoice will contain a detailed timelog of what was worked on during that month.
Payment Terms
Invoices are sent after the end of each month containing the hours of the previous month. (ex. February 1st, or soon after, you would receive an invoice for all hours worked in January.)
Payment accepted via Zelle, bill pay, or your own ACH platform
